Sales and Purchase Policy

Exchange Policy:
The product may be exchanged within 24 hours only if the buyer is from the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The product may be exchanged within 7 days only if the buyer is outside the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Return Policy:
The product may be returned within one hour only from the time of delivery if the buyer is from within the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The product may not be returned if the buyer is from outside the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Seller:
The seller must provide a full and clear description of the product.

The seller must display the price of the product.

The seller must deliver the product on the agreed date and time between the seller and the buyer.

The seller must ensure the product is in good condition before sending it to the buyer.

The seller must inform the buyer of any damages or defects in the product before purchase.

The seller must respond to any additional inquiries.

Buyer:
The buyer must adhere to the sales, exchange, and return policies.

The buyer must commit to the agreed date and time for product delivery.

The buyer must pay the delivery fee.
